The apartment is located in Vasastan, Viktoriagatan, the heart of the city of Gothenburg within walking distance of most University buildings. The room is furnished with a bed (extra bed under), a writing desk and a spaceous closet with a mirror dorr. A beautifull view to Skansen Kronan through the big window. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with the owner. The rent period should be at 6-12 months and can start immediately. The rent is 6000 Sek per month,water and broadband are included in the rent. We share the electricity charge.The deposition is two months rent. One months notice in advance for termination for both partner. The contract can be extended if it is desired by both partners. There is the possibility to rent an extra (smaller) room beside the main room (for example if there are interested 2 persons) for 3000 Sek per month.
