Finns tvättmaskin & torktumlare i ett av badrummen. Trädgård fram och baksida. Komplett kök inklusive redskap. Hyrs ut från 1 augusti och tillsvidare med 2 månaders uppsägning. PLATS & KOMMUNIKATION 5-10 min gångavstånd till spårvagnshållplats, därifrån 15 min till stan. Spårvagnar går dygnet runt. Stort köpcentrum en hållplats bort. Väldigt lugnt och fint område. OM MIG: 23 år kille som studerar på Chalmers, civ. ingenjör inom industriell ekonomi. Jobbar också deltid på Volvo Cars. Jag är lugn och lätt att komma överens med. The room is 10m2 with a bed and balcony. The rent is 5000 kronor with a months deposit. Everything is included in the rent (electricity, water, heath, wifi, parking). In one of the bathrooms there are washing and drying machine. Lawn on both front and backside of the house. The kitchen is complete including tools. The room is being rented from 1st of August. LOCATION & COMMUNICATION: The house is 5-10 min walking distance from a tram station, from which it takes 15 min to the centrum. The trams are going 24 hours a day and frequently. There is a big mall one station away with everything you need. Very calm and beautiful location. ABOUT ME: 23 years old guy studying at Chalmers, engineering in industrial economy.
