Room in private residence

We are renting out a room, including a private bath room, in our home. Its located in a very calm and nice area just 15 minutes to central Gothenburg by tram. The right person can move in immediately. We are looking for someone who is working full time (day time) and who needs to rent the room from Sunday evening until Friday morning, thus someone who is for instance commuting every week-end. Furtherore, the person who rents here needs to be very serious and respectful of other peoples integrity. No animals and no smoking.
