Room for student

Im looking for a student to rent a room in my three room apartment. The building is brand new and youll be the first resident in that room. The apartment is located in Ruddalen, Frölunda, with very good connections to the city center 20min by bus or tram and the university. You will have with in a walking distance a big shopping center and grocery store. Right outside the door is a beautiful jogging track. Your room will be equipped with a bed, a desk and a wardrobe. The room will be available from the 1th of march until the end of the semester, with the chance to extend for the new semester etc. 6000:- all bills included.
