ROOM IN VILLA - CLOSE TO BUS STOP / 24 MIN TO GÖTEBORG / 20 TO LINDHOLMEN / BUS SERVICE AROUND THE CLOCK We are looking for a serious, quiet and responsible person to rent one of our rooms which is located in a villa in a really nice residential area. Available to rent from 2023-05-01. PLEASE READ ALL TEXT BEFORE YOU CONTACT US. Note: Trust is crucial when renting out a room in your home as we do, so providing a good presentation it is important. Thanks in advance for that. ROOM INFO The size of the room is about 12,5 m and the rent includes normal use of electricity, water, wireless internet, access to use the kitchen for cooking including storage space (a shell in a kitchen cabinet and level in the fridge and freezer), toilet with shower, laundry room and also use the sun deck in the very pleasant garden. The room is located in the basement (for being in a basement there is a bright feeling in the room since there is a normal sized window) which means a good level of privacy and calm relative to our family. The room has basic furnishing with bed, bureau, chair, table and a sofa. Parking space is possible for some extra fee. ABOUT THE AREA: - Close proximity (500 m) to bus stop with frequent public transport with travel times from about 30 minutes to central parts of Göteborg. Buses run around the clock good communications. In terms of transport, Its quite comparable to living in e.g. Västra Frölunda. - Possible to go by bicycle in to Gothenburg in about 40 minutes if you want exercise. - There is a countryside characteristic in the area of Torslanda/Amhult meaning not far from the villa you find farms, forests and a typical west coast cliff coastline (about 3 km distance to that). - The closest surrounding neighborhood is a typical Swedish nice residential style calm and picturesque. - There are two areas with shops including grocery stores nearby. Approximately 900 m distance to both. - The ferry to the archipelago is about 4 km away. - Just a few minutes away by foot or bike there is a huge forest area with tons of trails for both bikes and walking/running. ABOUT US: We are a couple (native Swedes, we use English here for communication simplicity) with a young adult daughter and a super kind cat. ABOUT YOU: Serious and responsible probably a higher student or in an ambitious work path. Quiet and orderly, considerate, secular mindset, no smells, non-smoking, well-behaved, listening to sounds through headphones.
