In addition there is a nice bathroom with shower and kitchen and wireless internet Monthly rent is 13000 SEK with a deposit of 13000 SEK. Additional expenses are related to electricity and central heating covered by the rent, internet and nice backyard garden. No pets. No smoking. We can agree on the date for renting.
