The young boys live here part-time with their father who is a former NYC Detective/London Met Police. We rent out a large bedroom and we also have two additional single guest rooms. Over the years with have had really wonderful people from around the world, including: India, USA, France, Chile, UK, Spain, Netherlands, etc living here. Current renter is a female aged 21 from France. She completes her studies at the end of June 2024 and the room is available 1, July 2024. The apartment has 2.5 bathrooms which are shared. There is also a living area, a dining room and a large fully equipped kitchen.
