This house is located in a nice and quiet part of Gothenburg close to nature. In about 500 meters you have a forest/park (Hisingsparken) where there are small paths for walking and running with lights when it is dark. There is also a gym, soccer fields and a hall for ice skating. The closest bus stop is a 5 minutes walk from the house (buses 35 and 37 from Hjalmar Brantingsplatsen). Bus 17 runs more frequent and through the night and is approx. a 7 min walk. The buses/trams takes about 30 min to the city center. In the apartment there are three rooms for one person each. The rooms are fully furnished. Shared areas include a kitchen/livingroom, shower toilet, toilet and laundry facilities. The shared areas (floors and bathrooms) are cleaned by professionals every second week. Currently three students studying are living with us now but for next semester one room are free. The tenants have their own entrance in the ground floor and may use the garden freely. This is the place you should choose if you want peace and quiet for your studies.
