The flat is situated at Paternostergatan, 10th floor in the district Majorna and have a total living space of 87m2. It has 3 bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom with a washing machine and a kitchen. The location on the 10th floor means marvelous views and a lot of daylight even during wintertime (it is very dark in Sweden then). There are also two very nice balconys for use. The rent is SEK 3500/month which is approximately 375-380 depending on the exchange rate. WiFi is included in the price. In the neighborhood you can find the city park Slottsskogen and the art exhibition hall Röda sten. If you like pubs and restaurants there are lot of them in the nearby Linné district. The tram line number 11 will take you to the city center in approximately 20 minutes. Travelling time to Chalmers is around 25-30 min with one change of tram. I myself works as a interaction designer at a global IT-company and spend a lot of my time in Stockholm. I have three adult children. Sometimes it happens that my youngest daughter, who is nineteen, also stay some days in the flat.
