Renting out a room in my newly purchased 73m 3-rooms apartment. Ive been living in shared apartments/houses most of my life, and its time to give back now that Im an owner. Located in a quiet family area. Walking time 5min to Wieselgrensplatsen (tram 5-6-10 / supermarkets Coop Willys), 5min to Keillers Park / Ramberg (nice view and nature). Maybe 15-20min to Lindholmen. You get the biggest bedroom (12m) in the apartment, south facing, fully furnished (90x200 bed, garderobe, desk, office chair, shelf). Youll just need to bring bedsheets/blanket/quilt/towels/ You can also get a parking spot in the underground parking if you wish. I dont have a car so I dont use it. Possibility to have electric charging to be discussed. Expecting you to be quiet, orderly and clean. No smoking in the apartment (not even on the balcony). No deep-frying when cooking. Pet: to be discussed (no dog). No couple. We take turns to clean the common rooms. Important info: the living room is empty/almost unfurnished, using it for physical activities. Which also means theres no TV there. You may use that room for your activities as well, Ill just ask that you dont leave any item there after usage (so no exercise bike for example). You may bring your own TV in your room. As mentioned, newly purchased, therefore interior design is an on-going process. Pictures are from Oct.2023, some new furnitures/decorations/appliances have been added since then. Washing/drying combo machine in the bathroom. Access to the laundry room in the basement (bigger washing machines, dryer, drying rooms). Bike parking in the basement. Usage of storage room in the basement can be discussed. Through the housing association, you can also get access to a gym room (60kr/month), a party room 40people (200-350kr a day) and a guest apartment with 4 beds (200kr per night with some limitations e.g. max 6 consecutive nights). Included in the 6000kr rent: water, electricity, heating, internet. Deposit: 1 month. Short stays ok but minimum 1 month. Visit in the evening during the week some slots available in the weekend.
