Perfect location right next to the parks and the restaurants. Wiew over both seminariepark and slottsskogen. Just 2- 5minutes from the trams. That takes you for example to Chalmers or railway station/Downtown. The old quarties Haga is 5 minutes walk. And my favorites restarant is opposite the street. 10 minutes walk to Järntorget and the streets långgatorna witch has the greatest pubs. Im renting out too rooms for exchange students. Im locking for reliable quiet students. Are ok to share kithen and participate in weekly recykling and cleaning for the enviroment and for an confortable home. Im happy to meet new people and glad to have a chat. But also respect peoples need of quiet. Your social life is outside the appartment witch means no friends at my place.
