Rooms for rent to female students. Rooms for rent in one of the nicest areas in Gothenburg. The apartment is situated in a really nice area towards the west of Gothenburg. Close to the sea and nature areas which is great for walking or running. You will easily reach universities or the city centre by bus or tram. In the apartment there are 3 rooms, of which you will rent one, and then there is a kitchen and bathroom that you will share with the other students. In the kitchen there is fridge/ freezer, microwave, kitchen tools and so on but no dish washer. In the basement of the house there is laundry facilities, washing machine. The rooms are furnished, all including a bed and place for clothing, a book shelf, table and chair. Sheets for bed/beddings and pillow and also towels are provided and free to use during the stay. Rent is 3000SEK per month to be paid in advance per month. Internet via wi-fi is available. No smoking is allowed at all so you need to be free of smoking. And also no pets.
