I am looking for one tenant that is a student or under age 30. The property is available from 01.05 till 30.50 (NOTE that it is not available on 31.05). I will ask for a DEPOSIT that is one month rent. Please keep this in mind when want to apply. The deposit will be returned if the flat is returned in the condition as it was rented out. In the rent is included warm water, heating, electricity and internet. The property is 1 room apartment with equipped kitchen and closet. I do not have a bed but can provide a mattress and that should work fine. The property has a shared washing rooms that can be easily booked. The city area offers plenty of shops, cafes, and nearby is Slottsskogen park that is ideal for outdoor activities. I am looking for a responsible tenant that will take a good care of the flat, will considerate neighbors and their peace. In the apartment is not allowed to smoke or have pets.
