A nice bedroom 6 sqm in a duplex apartment. Linen, towels and cleaning are included. The room is furnished with a bed, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. An additional wardrobe in the hall. A small desk is right outside the bedroom. You and a female student will share the ground floor of the apartment with a common space with a sofa, a balcony of your own and a toilet with a shower. Cleaning of the room and common spaces every second week included. The kitchen is on the lower floor. My room is on the upper floor with a toilet, a shower and a rooftop terrace. You has access to the terrace. There is a common laundry in the house with washing machines, a drying cabinet and a tumbler drier. The room is located in an area called Stampen in central Gothenburg, a 14-minute walk to the Central Station or a 4-min bus or tram ride from the nearby bus stop. 15 minutes with a tram to The School of Business, Economics and Law. 10 minutes to the Chalmers University of Technology and 15 minutes to Lindholmen. There are several restaurants and pubs in the area. Home insurance will be included if you get a Swedish social security number at Skattemyndigheten otherwise, you have to have your own insurance.
