My parents is renting out a bedroom of 11 square meter (yellow room) in their house. The house has 4 rooms, three rooms upstairs and living room downstairs. The house has a balcony and garden downstairs and a large balcony upstairs. Both the garden and the balconys have afternoon and evening sun. The common areas of the house like kitchen, laundry room, living room WC / bathroom, the balcony, is shared with my two parents. Dad works in the days and mom is home at the moment, but will start working again soon. In the rented bedroom there will be a bed and a desk. All other things will be removed. Wardrobe / agency is not available and should therefore be acquired by the tenant. The second room in the picture (gray room) will be converted into a small TV room, where you as a tenant will have access to it for yourself in principle. However, my parents have access to get into the room to get to the balcony that is there. They only use the balcony to hang up laundry. The house is located in Hisings Kärra, 18 minutes by bus (pink express) to the city (Nordstan). The busstop is five minutes away from home and the buses run several times an hour. There are sports hall, swimming pool, schools, grocery store, kiosks, pizzerias, clinics, libraries, dental services, health care, etc. You have everything here.
