Big room for rent in a 3 bedroom apartment in Gothenburg center (Olskroken). I m a male from Argentina and I work as a jurist and I speak Swedish, English and Spanish. I have rented rooms before to students as well as expats and I have had good experiences. The apartment is 5 minutes from Centralstationen, 7 minutes from Brunnsparken and 11 minutes from Chalmers by tram. It is also quite easy to bicycle around the city from this point as it is mostly flat terrain. The station is Olskrokstorget and the area has plenty of stores, gym, bars, parks, etc. The room is rented with no limit of time but in case of moving out a two months notice is required. One months deposit is also required. This will be returned when you move out. I do have a cat so if you have an allergy this may be a problem. The cat will not be allowed into you room in any case. You have the possibility to use the living room, kitchen, and toilet. Internet, electricity, and all other similar costs are included. If you have any questions dont doubt in contacting me.
