Welcome to a lovely, roomy 3 room flat in charming Olivedal. This flat is in a really cool building from 1903 and has its own entrance, giving it a townhouse feel. Fully renovated in 2017, this flat is modern and functional as well as beautiful. You will be just up the street from Slottskogen on one side, and all the bars and restaurants of Järntorget on the other sidethe perfect location. The front door opens into a generously sized entrance with plenty of closet space and shelving. From there double doors open into a spacious living room, kitchen and bedrooms. The main bedroom could also be used as a dining room, entertainment room or study as it has double doors opening into the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and wine fridge. The bathroom, which is off of the second bedroom, has a washing machine.
