Room for rent, Lindholmen My apartment is roughly 100m3 with a balcony in a newly built apartment complex. The interior is very clean and designed with great care. Is it also comfortable and cozy. The room comes with bed and necessary amenities. The apartment complex provides hot sauna, relax room and guest rooms which can be rented for a low fee. The apartment is situated 1 minute away from the busstop which will take you to the city centre in 7 minutes, and 3 minutes away from the boat station which takes you across the canal for free. The buss station has great connectivity to different parts of Gothenburg with highly frequent traffic. Lindholmen is Gothenburgs tech hub and educational centre which makes it lively in the mornings and quiet in the evenings. There are tons of cafés, restaurants, parks, spas, promenades, swimming places, grilling spots, sport centers, shops, supermarkets and a library nearby. I am looking for a decent, friendly, non-smoking, pet free and clean person to share my apartment with. Renting period is 1 year minimum and can be extended annually. Best regards Reza
