The apartment is about 40 kvm divided between two rooms and a kitchen. The bedroom that is for leach is about 10 kvm. Right now the room has a closet and plain madras on the floor, but I have a car so together we can fix a proper bed. I live in the sitting room witch has the access to the balcony and there is also a tv, both youre allowed to use. We share kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully supplied with space for a dinner table for two persons. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. The time for when the rent out ends and begins is negotiable. Im currently doing my masters in conservation at Gothenburg University. Im 30 years old and quite social and would like a roommate that are open-minded and social as well. If we are to live together its important for me that the communication is god and that none of us are afraid to speak its mind when it comes to our common space.
