Room to let One room, about ten square meters, as a part of an apartment with five rooms. This is a room in a family flat. I live here with my three kids. They only live here every second week and (one) every second weekend. I work as an entrepreneur and a teacher. For the moment, mainly in Göteborg, but after June, I will work in other cities and be gone about four nights a week. You need to be someone who likes kids, is sociable and open. You will be interviewed by me and my kids Most of the time, the flat is empty. You will have a lot of quietness. Good for the studies. Of course, you can have friends staying over with you. We share kitchen, bathrooms and living room. We are an open family. We would like you to join us for a dinner now and then. Since more rooms are available every second weekend, you are more than welcome to invite your family and friends to stay a couple of nights. I am also a member of the Couchsurfing community. That means that people from all over the world, stay a couple of nights here a couple of times every year. You - and I - can cancel the rent contract with one months notice. I prefer you having a Swedish bank account or something similar. Room rent is paid on the 25th every month. I speak English, French (Oui, si vous tes francophone, la porte sera trs ouverte pour vous) and Swedish fluently. My kids speaks Swedish and English and are learning French.
