IMPORTANT: This ad is for a PART of our home, not the whole thing. It is not suitable for families. Available from February 1st 2015 ----- Right in the center of town, on the Avenue, is where our wonderful 3 bedroom apartment is located. As one of my two current flat mates has moved out, a part of our home is available. Airy and bright, there is oak parquet in all rooms (except the hallway which sports a marble floor), a fully functional fireplace, a large, fully equipped kitchen and two tiled bathrooms. One of the bathrooms holds a washer and a tumble dryer, but there is also laundry facilities in the basement. The available room faces the Aveny and has direct access to the (fully furnished) balcony. The view from here is like a post-card. As any car-ad would say: must be seen It also has direct access (en suite) to the master bathroom, which is shared with me. Jessica has her own bathroom. The room is furnished with a 120-bed, an armoire and a wall-mounted shelf/storage unit. Although rather small (basic bedroom size, about 3x4m) it still manages to be both airy and functional. In addition to your room you have 100 access to all common areas of the apartment (living room, kitchen, dining room). The image is of one half of the massive living/dining room. We are looking for a flat mate, not a boarder/inneboende. Aside from the two humans already living here, the apartment is also home to a dog and some cats, so if you are allergic this is likely not the accommodation for you. Smoking is fine, but (except on special occasions) mainly on the balcony. So what are we looking for in a flat mate Well, Jessica and I are both women and from both our experiences of this form of living we would prefer our third to be male, but it is not an unbendable demand. You are probably 30, or very mature for your age (we were both born in the early 70s), like things neat and tidy but without neurotic tendencies (grin) and have a stable economy. Living here is wonderful, but not cheap for any of us. More economics A two-month security deposit is required when you move in, which is returned (assuming no damages) when you move out, and communal costs (approx. 500) are in addition to rent.
