Rum uthyres/room for rent Möblerat rum på totalt 17 kvm med egen dusch/toalett och egen ingång mitt på Avenyn. Detta fina delvis möblerade rum (90 säng, garderob, tresitssoffa, bord, tv-bänk, tv)har även en ingång in till ett delat kök. Du har tillgång till alla köksredskap, diskmaskin, tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Du har även tillgång till vårt vardagsrum och balkong. Internet, värme, enkelt tv-utbud och el ingår i hyran. Buss och spårvagnshållplats ligger ca 10m från entrén. Hyran ska betalas den 25:e varje månad. Vi kommer även begära en deposition på en månadshyra vid inflyttning. Denna återbetalas vid avflyttning. Vi kommer efterfråga referenser, bevis på betalningsförmåga samt att du beskriver dig själv och ditt sätt att leva ditt liv då det är viktigt att det matchar vårt. Rummet är ledigt from idag och vi kommer ha en månads uppsägning från båda parter. Vi föredrar en långsisktig inneboende. Room with separate shower/wc and separate entrance at the Centre of Gothenburg This lovely room of totaly 17 square metres is situated in the Avenue. The room, which is partly furnished (single bed, sofa, table, tv and tv-bench), has wardrobe-space and an entrance to a shared kitchen, your own shower/wc and a separate entrance. Youll have access to a kitchen with kitchen ware, a shared dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. You also have access to our living room and balcony. Internet, tv, heat and electricity are included in the rent. Trams and busses stop about 10 metres from the entrance to the building. The rent is due in advance on the 25th every month. In addition to the rent a deposit fee corresponding to the rent of one month will be asked of you when you move in. This will be refunded when you move out. We will also ask for references, proof of income/ability to pay and that you describe yourself and the life you live because its important that it matches our way. The room is available for rent from today with a mutual notice of one month. We prefer a long term- tenant.
