Hi, My name is David, am 55 years old, soon will start work at a school as an assistant teacher . I am renting out a room as you see on the pictures. The room is furnished with double bed, 3 seat inclining sofa and a study desk in the balcony, which could be brought inside. It has its private sunny summer balcony, Rest of the furniture in the picture belongs to other tenant. Fully equipped kitchen and toilet will be shared. Bicycle room is available. Electricity, water and high speed wifi is included. I dont mind if you smoke, their is another balcony, hope you dont mind if I do. Good communication to down town, approx 20 minutes. 300 meter from ICA food store, 600 meters from Station. The rent is 5000 kr 3000 deposit paid in advance. the Room is available from the 15th of Jan. You are welcome if you are a nice responsible par or single. Kindly note that in the case of par, the rent will be 6000. The place is not suitable for babies, children or pets, for that I have to apologies. Your questions are welcomed anytime. Wont be available week 51 and 52, but still you can visit to see the room. Regards, David
