(Click image for more apartment pictures) Hello. Im currently renting out one of my bedrooms with shared usage of the kitchen, living room, bathroom and hallway. This includes usage of all the household equipment such as the microwave, washing machine, dishwasher etc. Kennedygatan is situated close to the thriving neighboorhood of Mariaplan with several cafés, stores, pubs and restaurants being a few minute walking distance away. The tram station (Sannaplan) is right outside the building. It takes 11-16 min to get to the city centre. To Chalmers it takes 30 min (14 min if you take the express tram). The apartment itself is quiet and has a natural view over the forest of Svalebo and the Western Cemetery. Im a calm 26 year old student. It may happen sometimes that I take care of the family dogs so its a good thing if you dont have any pet allergies.
