This is one of the most central villas in Gothenburg, and will give you quick access to downtown, while you still have the calm and safe villa area surroundings. The girl currently living in room 4 would prefer the new tenants to also be a girls. The villa is a 3 minute walk from Liseberg amusement park http://liseberg.se and 5 min walk from the tram station. Chalmers University is a 10 min bike ride away. Gothenburg University is about 15 mins with bike. You are sharing the space on the first floor on 4 persons (The total common area on floor 1 is about 80 sqm). The common area has a open fireplace in the living room, Sauna, 1 room with bath and bathroom, 1 small toilet room, 1 shower next to the sauna. Electricity, water and internet is included in the rent. Each room have a soundproof door with personal codelock. You pay the rent 1 month in advance with a 1 month deposit.
