We can provide you with a big room that you will share with another student in a 3-room kitchen and toilet apartment from 1th of November. Together you will be 4 people sharing this big beautiful apartment in Landala where you have everything close. Just outside your door youll have a supermarket, gym, pharmacy, restaurants and a tramp/bus-stop. you can go any ware in the city in a couple of minutes. This is the perfect student-home The aria is very quiet and calm. In the room each person will have their own bed and study area. You will share bathroom. Included in the rent is TV, Wi-fi, channels, all furnitures and kitchen-devices that you need, free laundry-room, sheets and towels. You also have a balcony. We only have one bed left. The other 3 bed are already taken. As you already know there is a situation in the city where many students are desperate to find apartments. If this space will be taken by someone else then you, we have another solution for you is you are interested Please let me know in you answer of this ad if you are Me and my boyfriend also have a house outside of Gothenburg in Frillesås, Kungsbacka. We are also have student-rooms, maybe this is a better solution if you are an outdoor person We have two single-rooms and one sharing-room for two people. In the flat you will have your own entrance, toilet, shower, balcony. You will share it with the other students. You will share kitchen with me and my boyfriend. We will live on another floor. We both work a lot and are home very few hours. Sometimes we are away whole weeks though we both travel a lot in work. The house is 200 square meter. So you will have a lot of space. In the room there is a beds and study-area. We will provide you with towels and sheets. Of course you will have space for clothing. You also have a big tv room and the kitchen is also big. Wi-fi is included. 10 min from the house we have a train station that will take you straight to Gothenburg central in 30 minutes. We can provide you with a car to use while you staying in the house. The car is free but youll pay for gas. This you can use as transport to the train station. If you dont have a driving license there is a bus stop 50 meter from the house. The important part The people who takes the rental of the rooms in the country-house will have first right to clame the contract in the city-apartment when the other student leaves. 2 will leaving last of January and one in June. So this can be just a temporary staying or a chance for you to experience both the country-side and the city-life of Sweden :) Is this interesting or not for you, please let me know in your answer.
