Renting my apartment for a period, 20th November to 10th February. The apartment is located in Annedal, Central Göteborg at a walking distance to Chalmers and Linnéplatsen. The closest tram stop is wavrinskys plats with ample opportunities to travel to any part of the city. The apartment is semi-furnished. It has a double bed in the bed room and a sofa in the living room. Electricity is included in the rent but not the internet. You should be a calm, tidy and smokepet free person with stable economy. I also require one month rent as deposit at signing the contract thatll be returned after you move out provided that apartment and furniture condition remains intact. In case of interest, please email me with a brief description of yourself, and I will contact you for an event and display of the apartment. Since Im a bit short of time Id like the process to be quick and hassle-free. So, if we both find each other reasonable, we can proceed with signing the contract directly after viewing. //Asher
