Were currently looking for a flatmate to share our apartment in Biskopsgården, 15 minutes by tram from the central station. We each have our own room and then share the kitchen, living room and bathroom. The vacant room is about 10m2 and will be available from the 1st of November. Theres a small built-in closet in the room but besides that the room is unfurnished. Theres a washer and dryer available in the bathroom to make life a bit easier. The common areas are furnished already but if you have some furniture you would like in the common areas its open for discussion, smaller items like art and plants theres plenty of room for. No pets allowed due to allergies. Youll be sharing the flat with me (Bengt) and Meerim. Im a guy from Sweden, 35 years old, works as an IT-consultant, a bit nerdy. Been flatsharing for ten years now and pretty much always lived together with other people. In my spare time I like movies, series, anime, programming, games etc. Spends most weekends with my girlfriend who lives across town. Sometimes exercises but mostly due to guilt from all the unhealthy things I eat (free candy and soft drinks at work is not helping). Vegetarian and non-drinker. Meerim is a girl from South Korea, 26 years old, moved to Sweden about a month ago to study her master in Social Work and Human Rights. Will be moving in on 1st of November. Has previous experience sharing a place to live. Likes drawing and painting in her spare time. Has a boyfriend in Germany who might come and visit sometimes. Not able to speak Swedish yet so the household language will be English for a while but she might enjoy practicing some Swedish later on. Eats meat. Were looking for someone thats easy to get along with, calm (doesnt throw parties at home, having friends over for dinner is fine though). Someone who might like spending some time together every now and then and also is willing to speak English for a while at home (willing is better than able, mine will probably be the worst in the apartment). But most importantly, someone who likes living together with other people and understands how to make it work :) If thats you let us know a bit more about you and Ill supply you with some pictures of the apartment and the room :)
