One room in our apartment with possibility to rent parking. We share a living room, kitchen and bathroom. One month in deposit. We have a small dog and birds. The apartment is two minutes from the train station where you can take tram 5, 6 and 10 to the city, it takes 23 minutes. 8 minutes walk to the market place where there are two food shops, a gym and various other stores. To Chalmers / Gothenburg university in Lindholmen (14 minutes by bike or 22 minutes by tram) To Chalmers / Gothenburg university Johanneberg (29 minutes by tram 10 all the way) There is a washing room that you can book. A parking spot for 500kr / month (EUR 48 / month). The rent is 5500kr / month (EUR 537.2). There are nice forest roads to take if you like nature. The area is very quiet. We take late evening walks with the dog and feel completely safe. There is a laundry room that has proper and clean washing machines to use. Booking an appointment is easy and there are often times to book. Parking is available for rent for SEK 500 / month. Under current circumstances, we are very careful about the corona pandemic and want tenants who take the pandemic seriously and do not stay in large ethnic groups such as parties and events. We want a calm person who respects how serious the situation is at present.
