Hej Please make sure to read the whole ad before replying. I am renting out a room in my villa-apartment in Johanneberg. The room is in a shared flat with me and my cat Luzie. I am 36, female, and work fulltime at Volvo. Luzie is 1 year old and doesnt work (if you dont count begging for food and being the queen of the garden). I am vegetarian and dont mind meateaters, but want to keep my home meat-free, mostly because of my kitchen equipment and because i dont want it in my fridge. The room is in a quiet and bright corner of the apartment, so you will have your privacy. Kitchen, bathroom, living room and the huge balcony are shared. The rent is 6000SEK/month and everything else is included, no extra costs. In the room there is a bed, a drawer, a desk and a clotheshanger. Everything can be removed and stored if not needed. In a roomie Im looking for a person that has somewhat experience in sharing flats with others, is tidy and calm, and friendly to be around. I have friends over and smaller parties every once in a while, but during the week i need to focus on work and prefer things to be calm. Stable economy goes without saying, and some engagement in keeping the home clean and cosy. Im very easygoing and social, and would like to share with someone that also wants to have a safe and relaxed home to come home to in the evenings :) If you feel like this could be a place for you, let me know why you would be a good fit.
