Room will be available in a house shared by 5 students as one of them are now finishing their period in Gothenburg. You will have a private, fully furnished bedroom with a lock on the door, and share bathroom, toilet, kitchen and living room. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, wifi and all other stuff normally found in a house. No TV though. There is a little garden to sit in, and cars can be parked on the street. It is easy to get to Chalmers or the city center by tram, bus or bike. As we live next door with a flock of Labradors you should not be allergic to or afraid of dogs. It is absolutely forbidden to smoke in the house. The rent is 3000,- all included. One months rent in deposit as the contract is signed.
