Hello future housemate I am looking for a person to share my flat with from the December, 17th/18th on until January 31st. But there might also be the possibility to prolong the contract since I might be going to Melbourne February/March to do my internship there. So it would be either 1 1/2 months or around 3 months. So since my housemate moves out December the 17/18th you only have to pay for the rest of the month which would be around 2000kr and for January (and the following months) it would be 4500kr. So about 2000kr for December and then 4500kr each month (without additional costs). The flat is located in Guldheden which has a great connection to the centre - you can either walk (20-30min) or take the tram (the next stop is only 3min away) or the bus (5-6min). Directly opposite the house you find a grocery store, a Thai place and a pizza place. And a refugee shelter for cats which you can admire from the outside. The next bigger shop, restaurant, shoe and key service etc. is just down the hill the next gym also ca.10-15min by foot and Chalmers university is just around the corner. All Im missing is a nice bar, but one can find that easily near Järntorget. Everything is fairly close here in Gothenburg. The neighbourhood is really calm, people are nice and it is surrounded by green. The next forst-like area is just 15min away - by foot. We have a sauna and a laundry room with two washing machines and a tumble-dryer. Your room is bright and it comes with a bed, a quite big cupboard for your clothes and one for other stuff, a table, a chair and a shelf. There are also some duvets and pillows. Oh yeah and it is around 10-12m2 I think. I am doing my Masters at Gothenburg University (Global Studies) and am originally from Germany but moved here a year and a half ago. I love cooking - for myself, for friends, for basically everyone I do a lot of yoga lately and I love to be outside to go for a long walk or a hike Id consider myself a cinophil and a music lover and while on the subject I also enjoy a good book as long as it is not a crime novel. I am looking for someone who has maybe lived in shared flats before or, if not, someone who has common sense and an average sense of cleanliness and knows that we all need privacy and alone time every now and then, but who is otherwise keen on hanging out, making dinner etc. As I said, Ill get more Infos on my internship within the next weeks and then Ill know if you could stay for longer (and share the flat for around 2months with a friend that is moving in in February). I am leaving Gothenburg for Christmas on the 13th, so you might be able to get the key that day or one of the following to have access to the flat. And as I said you would also split the rent equally with my housemate that is moving out - around 2000kr.
