Hej, I am renting in second hand a 2 room apartment built in 2010 so fairly new, 34 m2, located 2min from Hjalmar Brantingsplatsen bus/tram stop on Hisingen. From here you can reach Brunnsparken/centralstation within 4-5 minutes. Its got dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and heating floor in the bathroom. There is a TV mounted on the stand in the bedroom. Also inglasad balcony with heater and with a self watering mini garden (balkong area is not included in m2 calculation). Fresh apartment perfect for a couple valuing their commuting time to the city. It is available from 1st of June with 3 month notice period. The rent is 12 000 SEK per month electricity. Renting period for 1 year with extensions if everything works fine. Its going to be rented fully furnished (except for the bed). The photos included are from 4 years ago when I was buying it from agency so decorations may look slightly different. Also now the balcony looks different too since it got glassed and a little garden area. Please note: New tenant must be approved by The Community Board (Styrelsen) before rental can be started. It is possible to rent out parking place and extra storage with extra fee from Styrelsen.
