Hello, I would like to rent out my student apartment during my cancellation period. It will be available from 2017-09-02 until 2017-10-07. This apartment is perfect for someone who has recently been admitted to a university but have not yet managed to find a place to stay. The apartment is 25 sqm and is centrally located in Johanneberg. It is on the 8th floor with a beautiful view of Gothenburg from large windows. There is also an indoor pool, a sauna, a roof terrace, cable tv, and a bbq place which are all free for tenants. The apartment includes Gigabit (extremely fast) internet access. There is a washing room just outside the apartment with an iron, a tumble dryer, drying closet, etc. The apartment is fully furnished with everything you need, but I can remove the furniture before you move in if you want. It currently has a 160cm bed. There is also plenty of space for you to store your stuff. There is a kitchenette in the apartment with a stove, microwave oven, oven, freezer, fridge, water boilder, toaster, and other common kitchen utensils. There is a nice restaurant at the bottom floor. There are plenty of parking spaces outside. The area: The apartment is located in a calm and safe area. Gothenburgs largest gym is located on the other side of the road with e.g. running tracks and a football field. There is a popular climbing gym a few hundred metres away. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. There is a bus stop just outside that will take you to Korsvägen in 7 minutes and to Brunnsparken/Nordstan in 15 minutes. It takes 5 minutes walking to Chalmers university from the apartment. Rules: If you smoke, please do so on the roof terrace. Animals are OK as long as you leave the apartment in the same state as you found it. Rent: 6000 per month, everything included. Rent for the whole period: 7000. The rent for the whole period will be paid in exchange for the keys, and an additional deposit of 2000 will be returned when you move out, given that you have left the place cleaned and intact.
