Hi, Eng: I am renting out a room in a nice area. 15 minutes to the city center with a bus or a tram. The apartment is large 4 bedroom apartment and it would be shared with 1-2 more people depending on the month over the summer. I am renting it out from 1june- 1 sept. There are 3 bedrooms in the apartment and you would be renting one of the bedrooms. This is a shared apartement so you are renting half of it rather then just a room. Usage of livingroom, kitchen and balcony is available as well. Free Internet and Electricity is included in the rent. There is a washing mashine in the apartment for usage as well. Jag hyr ut ett rum men lägenheten är stor och du kan använda köket, vardagsrummet och alla utrymmen.
