Hello, I am renting an apartment situated in Biskopsgarden (Friskväderstorgrt). It has 3 bed rooms, fully equipped Kitchen, Walking closet, Bath room with bath tub, balcony and living room. Its a well civilized place and you can reach Willys Vegitable shops, Pizza and hair clipping (Cutting shop) and other grocery shops just below the apartment. It is at 6th floor and elevator facility is a default. It is fully furnished (Including Washing machine and Dryer) and suitable for a couple or family or 3 professionals. The apartment will be rented for long term. If you are a clean and non-smoker and pet free, you are most welcome. The rent is 10500 SEK per month, including RentElectricityInternetInsurance. (Car parking additional 200 SEK). Also, 2-months advance after moving into apartment(negotiable depending on how our discussion goes ). Note: 1. Cleaning should be done by you while leaving the apartment. If you want me to take this responsibility, it costs additional as cleaning agency invoices. 2.
