The room is located on ground floor in a town house. It is heading toward south. It is about 15 min bus trip to the city centre. Close to university areas. The house is located on a hill in a quiet residential area. You will share the house with the landlady, another lodger and a cat. We are female and are only accepting female lodgers. Bed sheets included, but you need to bring your own towel. The room is for let from 15th of January until 15th of June. The landlady is travelling now and then therefore, you will not only share the facilities of the house, you will also share the responsibilities. Such responsibilities are: look after the cat, keep common areas clean and tidy, keep entrance door locked, turn off light when last one to bed, sort garbage, water flowerpots. Your mother is not living here and there is neither a maid nor a butler employed.
