We are renting out our apartment out (second hand contract) for 12 months in beautiful Linnestan and are looking for a tenant from 1st June 2018. The apartment is fully furnished and has limited storage space so please do not apply if you are interested in moving in a large amount of your own furniture. The apartment has one large bedroom with built in wardrobe and one smaller bedroom that is suitable for a child. Please note that the second bedroom will not quite fit a double bed and has minimal clothes storage so it is not worth applying if you are 2 adults/students looking to share this apartment. The apartment itself is quite charming with a karkalung, high ceilings and all modern appliances. This is perfect for a business person moving to Gothenburg for work or for a young family looking to live in a great area close to great restaurants, cafes and many parks including Slottskogen. Absolutely no pets or smokers (sorry no offence meant). The rent is 15,000kr /month (with 1 month bond to secure the apartment) non negotiable and we will need proof of employment and references.
