A relatively newly built apartment, 6 minutes or two tram stops from the city core, houses the ROOM I live in. I will be moving out in June due to personal reasons, and I am trying to find a replacement. The applicant will share the apartment with another person (Sasa) who lives in one of the two bedrooms. Preferably - a non-smoker. Sasa is not home that much, and when he is, youll barely notice him. He respects peoples privacy but does not have a problem with very social people - in fact, I have had some interesting discussions with him :). Washing and drying machines are in the apartment and can be used at any (sensible) time. Rent: SEK 6000 SEK 6000 deposit. Everything is handled with a contract so both parties feel safe, and no money is exchanged before you retrieve your keys. Internet 100/100 Mbit, electricity, and hot water are included in the rent.
