Excellent location between the city center, the ocean/archipelago as well as just at a large green area for recrutation and sports. It is fast connections into the city center by bus/tram or by bicycle. The local area is an exclusive having old cosy quarters and narrow streets with little traffic, just next to areas of Majorna and Kungssten. The room has a balcony with great view. The room is for one person and is beautiful furnished and has a bed, desk, wardrobes and a plenty of place for storage. You share kitchen, bathroom, separate wc and has a large common living room with other tenants. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room is cozy furnished. The rent includes electricity, water, heating, waste disposal and wifi. Free parking. Shared laundry room. The accommodation is a so-called allergy accommodation, no pets or smokers. Applicants must come from a pet-free home and not ride horses etc. The room is a first-hand contract. Deposit two month rents.
