I am looking for a new tenant for one of the rooms in my apartment in Kålltorp, Gothenburg. The room is fully furnished with a bed, desk, chair, and wardrobe. Our new tenant will have full access to the kitchen, which is fully equipped, and the bathroom. Also, you will have access to a shared washer and dryer in the apartment complex, as well as a bike storage room (if needed). Wifi, heating, electricity, and water are also included. The apartment is located less than a 5 minute walk from the tram line and a bus stop, and is just 1 tram (around 10 minutes) from many great locations, such as Central station, Liseberg, and the city center. The apartment is also located very close to many restaurants, supermarkets, gyms, and other wonderful stores. I am looking for 6 months of rent, however, if everything goes well I am open to extending the contract for a longer period of stay.
