Hey All I will rent out 1 bedroom plus rest of my apartment from Dec 15th to the end of August 2019. The apartment has a living area of 70 sqm2 with 3 rooms in total. My family will be temporarily away from Sweden during this period. And, I will be using the 2nd bedroom in the apartment, but I will be away from Sweden for about 2-3 months during this period. The apartment is new (constructed in 2015), fully furnished and I have a first hand contract with Poseidon. The apartment is located in the calm, beautiful and serene Hogsbohöjd, which is about 10 mins to the city center. Be close to nature adjacent to Ruddalen, and have fantastic high views of the city, the harbor and the forests from the apartment. My requirements: - 1 person can live here, in some special cases, a couple - Strictly non smoking (no smoking in the apartment or in the balcony) - No animals - No parties - You have to be able to handle and pay the rent (I need proof) - There will be a contractual agreement that you will need to sign before moving in. I will collect interest via email and phone. Kindly send me your details so that I can shortlist. The shortlisted candidates will be called for viewing the apartment. PRICE: You must pay SEK 7000 per month as rent. I will require a deposit of equivalent to a months rent as guarantee. Wifi, electricity, heating, washing/drying are included in the monthly rent. When you move in, you will have access to all the utilities, furniture, kitchen utensils, accessories, storage spaces and others. You can be assured to have a fairly comfortable stay.
