Earlier move is possible. The cost is 180kr per day until march the first. Rent will be 5250 kr per month, after that. The rent includes everything from furniture, electricity/heat/water and WiFi. 250kr reduction from your deposit will be taken, if you do not want to help clean shared spaces 2 times a week. Room is 12 Square meter. Kitchen and shower will be available for you Apartment is very close to public transit, bakery and a corner shop. 1 month deposit is needed, which you will acquire back when you move out (assuming you didnt cause me economical harm) 1 month eviction time. That means, you need to tell me 1 month beforehand if you want to move. Same goes for me, unless you break any serious rules. No pets, only ONE person living in the room, no drugs or alcohol, smoking on balcony is alright. Being drugged or obviously drunk at home would lead to immediate eviction. Please do not bring your own furniture or decorations. I do not want you to bring excessive house wares. Anything which is yours, will have to be stored in your room, including your hygiene articles. However, you need to bring your own cover/pillows and towels. Please only answer if you are serious.
