Im renting out a spare room inte my flat in the center of Gothemburgh. Very close to Chalmers, 10 minutes walk from my home. Wifi, heath, electricity, water is included in the rent.There is a laundry in the basement with two big mashines and a big room with a heathing mashine. Its very close to tramp and bus stop 5 minutes walk. You have several buses and tramps to choose..20 minutes walk to the city center. A square close with a groserystore, gym, librare ,restaurant not more than 400 meters from my house. Im renting out to students.
