Hi there. For the second year Im inviting an Erasmus student to rent a room with me and my family.Im a nurse and a single mother with two teenagers living in a large apartment in the center of Gothenburg, just a few tram stops from all the University departments.Were an English speaking, friendly and loving little rainbow family and we love having a student living with us. Please read the requirements and please dont answer if these things dont apply to you: 1. Youre female. 2. Youre gay or at least very gay friendly. 3. You will stay for a full college year (9 months). 4. Youre an Erasmus student. 5. Youre comfortable enough around teens to treat my kids as siblings, but do not treat me as a mum, It makes me feel old -) 6. You dont do drugs, you wont have wild parties in my apartment and you pay dutifully every month in advance. No deposit required. 7. Youre friendly and outgoing but you respect the privacy of me and my kids. Included in the monthly fee: 1. Your own bedroom with a double bed, a desk, a closet and a computer. Towels, sheets and bedding included. 2. You have your own toilet, but share a shower. 3. You share kitchen and livingroom with us and you can use anything there. 4. Heating, water, electricity, wifi, washing mashine dryer included. 5. Cleaning lady. There are better things to do in life than clean. 6. Occational family dinners. You will have your own shelves in fridge and pantry and you buy your own food but I like to cook traditional Swedish food for all of us from time to time.
