We have a room for rent in a 4-room apartment. Currently we are living 3 people but one will be moving in 3 weeks. The flat is located 500m from Sahlgrenska and 1km from Chalmers. About us: Im 30 and work as an architect. Im swedish and my interests are training, food and sourdough. Johan is almost 30, work as an engineer, and is skiing alot. You are: Swedish or English speaking. Around 20-30 years. Tidy and respectful. The room: The room for rent is 12 sqm. The total flat is around 80 or 85 sqm. We share livingroom, bathroom and kitchen. Room and flat is furnished. The rent is 4800kr / month, bills included. (Water, electricity, internet, heating) Flat is a only a few yers old, equipped with dishwasher, laundry and dryer. 1 month deposit is required. Move in date should be as soon as possible, or beginning of January 2019. 1 month to cancellation. Its not a permanent rent, maybe 3-6 months or longer.
