Apartment is shared, each person has their own private space. Shared bath and kitchen. In kitchen the new tenant has a personal refrigerator, a personal cabinet for keeping dry food. Laundry is on first floor and shared with other tenants in the building - the laundry rooms are fresh and big. Several food stores within walking distance, bank, gym, pharmacy and post office, library, close to trams (approx. 5 min calm walk from entrance). Apartment is in a calm, green area. Free from noise and disturbance. I charge one months deposit 4150 SEK when tenant move in. When signing agreement and binding fee prior to move in I charge 1000 SEK for making a reservation of the room (which will be returned at move in day). I am looking for a tidy, calm and normal behaved individual. Student or professional worker on a short internship or temporal work project. I work for Volvo and at a stock company specialising in medical equipment. I am calm, sporty and healthy living person who enjoys cooking/baking.
