The trams are frequent. Sahlgrenska sjukhuset (hospital) 8 min Odontologen (dental clinic) 8 min, Östra sjukhuset (hospital) 35 min, Chalmers 10 min Down town approx 15-20 min, Linnégatan 12 min, Mölndal approx 15 min. Shared kitchen and bath. In the kitchen you have your own private refridgerator and a kitchen cabinet. A small private living room space for your exclusive use with a brand new two-seat sofa. In the kitchen you have all equipment needed for cooking, there is also a big bar table with two bar seats. Neighbourhood area peacefully surrounded with lush, green woods and tracking paths for jogging. Within walking distance several grocery stores (ICA, Willys, Lidl, Netto), post office, bank (ATG), gym, library, bakery, pharmacy. Included in rent the bedroom, electricity, water, internet. I also offer clean sheets, bedlinen, pillow and towels for free. Rent is 4250 kr/month (commuters 4000 kr/month) and is paid in advance. At move in I charge 1 (one) months deposit (4250 kr). Deposit will be returned at move out. Applicants must have specified that they can pay the rent and deposit asked for. Student must confirm their studies, student may add a copy of a student card and/or passport.
