Room for rent to clean, quiet university student (female/male). Move in date 1st January 2017. I do not hold the room in the meantime you are looking around as there are other applicants in desperate need of accommodation. Applicant must introduce themselves when applying to this ad, what program they will study, for how long they look for renting room, how they are as person and what kind of responsibility qualifications they have and age. Location Very good transport communications. Approx. 300 m (less than 5 min walk) from my house to the tram stop. The trams are frequent. Sahlgrenska sjukhuset (hospital) 8 min Odontologen (dental clinic) 8 min, Östra sjukhuset (hospital) 35 min, Chalmers 10 min Down town approx 15-20 min, Linnégatan 12 min, Frölunda Torg (Huge mall) less than 7 min, Mölndal approx 15 min. Shared kitchen and bath. As you, I have my own private room/space. In the kitchen you have your own fridge and a couple of kitchen cabinets. A small private living room space for your exclusive use with a brand new two-seat sofa. Soap in bath/kitchen, toilet paper included in price. In the kitchen you have all equipment needed for cooking, there is also a big bar table with two bar seats. Friends, relatives, party and socialising is outside the apartment since it is a private apartment/accomodation adjusted for only two ppl and is not a hostel/hotel for a free ride for alien visitors. The neighbourhood area is very peaceful surrounded with lush, green woods and tracking paths for jogging. Within walking distance you have several grocery stores, post office, bank (ATG), gym, library, bakery, pharmacy. I clean and vacuum clean mutual areas. Observe You clean up your own room. In the rent it is included, of course, the room, electricity, water, internet, use of equipment/furniture. I also offer clean sheets, bedlinen, pillow and towels for free. The rent is 4500 kr/month and rent is always paid in advance (since here in Sweden we pay bills in advance). When a student move in I charge 1 (one) months deposit (4500 kr) the rent for first month (4500 kr). Once contract is signed I charge additional 1000 kr (which will be deducted at move-in).The deposit will be returned when move out OR deducted on the last month of renting. Applicants must have specified that they can pay the rent and deposit asked for and in what way they finance their stay. Once student decides for renting room from me they must confirm their studies. Student must add a copy of a student card and/or passport.
