Move in date: August 1st 2018. Viewing can only be offered from June 16 and onwards. A fully furnished room with lots of storage, plus living area, for rent. The bedroom is furnished with a bed, bedside table, lamp, small desk and chair, and 3 wardrobes. The living area is in the kitchen and is furnished with a table, chairs, an armchair, coffee table, TV and a chromecast (no TV channels). Located in a nice quiet area in Majorna. Bathroom and the cooking area are shared. Your living area is located in the kitchen, but the kitchen will only be used by me for cooking and nothing else. There is both a laundry machine and dishwasher inside the flat. Chapmans Torg is the closest tram stop which is located only 3 minutes walk from the flat. Tram 3 and 9 stops here. It takes about 25 minutes to travel from Chapmans Torg to Chalmers and about 12 minutes to Brunnsparken. Bus 90 is also an alternative, from bus stop Blåsutgatan. About me: Living in the flat is myself, a 31 year old full time professional in IT, and my cat, a ragdoll named Charlie. I like to keep to myself but I am helpful in nature and dont mind a casual conversation. When I am at home I spend most of my time by my PC on the internet or playing games. About you: You are a non smoker. You are a respectful and easy going person who doesnt like clutter and who enjoys a nice and tidy home. You are looking to stay at least 6 months. Being a cat lover is big plus Rent: 6000 SEK / month which is to be on the paid one month in advance. A deposit of 1 months rent is expected with the first payment. All utility bills (electricity, heating, water, wifi etc.) is included in the rent. Long term (6 months plus) applicants will be favoured.
